William Smith - Thanks for checking out this post, I'm so glad you enjoyed the info and the art. I've yet to travel to Punta Cana so I can't speak from experience or say what'll be down there. Anyway, I hope you have a ball! Safe travels. Abitaamber - I'm so glad you brought up gratuity, because it's on the minds of many. Again, I haven't been to this Hard Rock, but our buddy TripAdvisor Bob is there now, and his reply to a similar questions was that "it is always good to tip for good service." If you have questions or concerns about anything, make a list and ask the front desk at check-in. It can't hurt to bring a few $1 or $2 dollar bills, just in case. Happy trails!
