Burnthday.com is a personal, independent Widespread Panic fan project created and maintained by Alex Moura. It is not a business, company, official band website, or representative of Widespread Panic, its members, management, record labels, or affiliated organizations.
This page explains where the site’s information and media come from, how they are used, and how to request a correction, credit update, or removal.
Setlists and Show Data
Burnthday.com uses publicly available setlist and show information from several sources, including setlist.fm, Everyday Companion, Widespread Panic’s official sources, fan-submitted information and corrections, and other sources identified on individual pages.
Setlist.fm data is used under the applicable setlist.fm terms and API requirements. Where available, individual show pages link to the corresponding setlist.fm source page.
Burnthday.com transforms source information into fan-created show histories, tour summaries, statistics, song indexes, charts, and other reference tools. These pages may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, or differences between sources. Information is provided for personal, informational, historical, and fan-reference purposes and is not represented as official band documentation.
Everyday Companion
Some historical show data, song histories, lyrics, chords, and related references link to Everyday Companion, an independent fan-maintained Widespread Panic reference project.
Burnthday.com does not own Everyday Companion’s content, does not operate Everyday Companion, and does not represent that Everyday Companion endorses or is affiliated with Burnthday.com. Materials hosted by Everyday Companion remain subject to its own terms, credits, and rights notices.
Internet Archive Recordings
The Listen section plays selected live recordings that are hosted by the Internet Archive. Those files are streamed directly from the Internet Archive through a player on this site. Burnthday.com does not copy, re-host, or claim ownership of the recordings; the files remain on the Internet Archive’s servers, and the Internet Archive controls their availability and delivery.
The original uploader, taper, collection, metadata, availability, and rights status may vary by item. Where available, recording pages identify the Archive.org item, taper, recording source, uploader, venue, date, or collection. Burnthday.com does not guarantee that a recording will remain available or unchanged.

Relisten
Many song and show pages link to Relisten, an independent live-music streaming project that presents Internet Archive recordings in its own interface.
Burnthday.com does not operate Relisten, does not host its content, and does not represent that Relisten endorses or is affiliated with Burnthday.com. Following a Relisten link leaves this site, and the material there is subject to Relisten’s own terms and rights notices.
YouTube Videos
Burnthday.com links to and displays selected videos through YouTube’s embedded player.
Those videos are hosted and controlled by YouTube and their respective uploaders. Burnthday.com does not claim ownership of third-party YouTube videos and does not guarantee their continued availability.

Photographs and Images
Images on Burnthday.com may include original images created or supplied for the site, photographs credited to individual photographers, images supplied by fans, images linked from or displayed through third-party sources, album artwork, promotional materials or screenshots used for identification, documentation, commentary or criticism, and images whose source or ownership is being researched.
Burnthday.com does not claim ownership of third-party photographs, artwork, logos, screenshots, or promotional materials. Images remain the property of their respective owners.
The site identifies an image’s source or rights holder where that information is known. If an image is missing credit, incorrectly credited, or should not appear on the site, please email burnthdaywsp@gmail.com. Please include the relevant page, the image in question, your relationship to the work, and the credit or removal request. Alex will review and respond in good faith.
Lyrics, Chords, and Song Information
Burnthday.com links to third-party pages containing lyrics, chords, tabs, song histories, interviews, and other song-related information. Those destinations include Everyday Companion, Genius and Songsterr.
Unless specifically identified otherwise, Burnthday.com does not claim ownership of lyrics, musical compositions, chord arrangements, tablature, interviews, or other third-party material. Links are provided as references for fans and researchers, and the linked material remains subject to the rights and terms of its original source.
Song titles, artist names, album titles, and other identifying references are used to organize and describe the site’s fan-created information.
Quotations and Historical References
Some pages include quotations, interviews, social-media posts, articles, archival references, or other historical material. Quotations are attributed to the original speaker or source when that information is available.
Burnthday.com may summarize, quote, or link to historical material for commentary, research, documentation, and fan reference. If a quotation is inaccurate, improperly attributed, or should be corrected, please get in touch.
Trademarks and Affiliation
“Widespread Panic,” related names, logos, album titles, song titles, and other marks belong to their respective owners.
Their appearance on Burnthday.com is intended to identify the subject of this fan project. It does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation.
Corrections, Credits, and Removal Requests
Please get in touch for a missing or incorrect photo credit, an attribution update, incorrect source information, a setlist or show-data correction, recording metadata corrections, requests concerning images, quotations or other third-party material, or general questions about the site’s sources.
Please include the page URL and enough information to identify the material. Alex will review requests and make reasonable corrections, add appropriate credit, or remove material when appropriate.
